8:00am - 5:00pm Social Media Training (Focus onFoxuFocus My Space, Facebook, Twitter and Craig's list. This class will provide go-bys for court orders and preservation requests, as well as discussing departmental policies to allow LEO's to conduct such investigations. Topics will include tools needed for internet investigations, hardware, software, connectivity, and safety. This conference will be limited to sworn law enforcement officers and analysts, and will include a working lab.

NOTE: Parking is available in the parking garage, 435 Rood Avenue (caddy corner from the auditorium).

This training is provided at no cost to current WCPOA members.

Dr. Alexis Artwohl, Ph.D.
|
|
|
|
Alexis Artwohl, Ph.D. is an internationally recognized behavioral science consultant to law enforcement as a trainer, researcher, and author. She has done extensive training in the USA, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Jordan.
Dr. Artwohl is on the National Advisory Boards of the Force Science Institute and the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association. She is co-author of the book: DEADLY FORCE ENCOUNTERS and other publications.
Artwohl spent 16 years as a private practice clinical and police psychologist. She provided consultation to multiple agencies throughout the Pacific Northwest as well as traumatic incident debriefings and psychotherapy to numerous public safety personnel and their family members.
